The fact that I cannot find my copy after 20 years does not invalidate their implicit consent to having their photographs displayed. So to anyone who wants that part of their life (as captured in my photographs) to just go away and vanish as of it never happened too bad.
16th Rule of Acquisition: A deal is a deal.Yo, like, it might have been my suggestion, but, like, I didn't force you at gunpoint or nothin' to take your clothes off in front of my camera. As a matter of fact, you paid me to do it! If you'd come back the next day and asked for the negatives, that's another story. But you didn't, and it's too late now.
Besides, I told you when I met you I was crazy. :-)
The photographer may do this to promote and advertise his services and talents, and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photograph or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith, nor shall I ask of the photographer any compensation for granting this privilege.
I understand and grant that all negatives or slides exposed by the photographer at my request, or the request of a group that I represent, remain the sole property of the photographer; but any prints or slides which I receive from him, or any logo or graphics which he shall design for me, may be used at my discretion for any purpose whatsoever without further compensation to the photographer, except that he shall be identified as the photographer or designer on any repreductions made from his work.
I have read the foregoing release, authorization and agreement, and warrant that I fully understand the contents thereof before affixing my signature below, and that I have the authority and permission to represent any other person(s) who may appear with me in the previously discussed photographic pictures or portraits.
