Well, the verdict is in … of the 300 responses in 10 days, about 90 left a comment. Of those comments, the consensus is that the RoadBlock is like a vacuum cleaner … it sucks!

Well, my personal opinion bears a certain kind of relationship to that response. The name of the certain kind of relationship is "identity" … but for different reasons. You see, even though three out of ten leaving comments is a Damn Good average (30% for the numerically challenged), for every one that left a comment, there were three who either

1. didn't get past the RoadBlock,
2. cheated their way past it with a bogus name, e-mail address, or both, or
3. hit SUBMIT at least twice in a row, as if they thought they'd done something wrong!!

The reason why I'm most pissed-off about the RoadBlock (the Really Bad News) is that less than 2% of the 300 left a valid URL, which sez that Very Few of you are willing to share your own originality. Oh, yeah … less than 1% were female, which speaks for itself. <sigh!>
