This is the box art from Revell's 1:144 P-51B Mustang (Kit #4078).
This is one of the three kits that I bought for $2.50 each the weekend I met Patrick Stewart in New York City a few years ago ... this started my current phase of modeling.
I've done this kit a couple of times already, once with olive drab camo (typical 8th Air Force markings - early war) and once with with natural metal (later in the war, as flown by Tuskegee Airmen.) This is one of the planes I can fly with Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe.
I also have this kit in 1:700, 1:72, 1:48, and 1:32 scale. One day, I plan to do one in 1:24. :-)
