SWOTL icon  Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe™ (SWOTL)

box art Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe™ (SWOTL) is a World War II flight simulator for the PC by Lucasfilm Games. It lets you fly 6 different American and 7 different German airplanes. This is one of several air combat simulators I own, but it is by far my favorite, partly because it lets you fly either side of the same scenario (it has a Really Great mission builder), and partly because of the "gun camera" videos that allow you to watch the action from any 3D position!

Anywho, I've been collecting scale model kits of the planes, but haven't been able to get all of them in the same scale. It looks like I can get all of them in 1:48 scale, but I just don't have the room for 13 planes that large … I would need an enclosed cabinet with 18 inch shelves!

1997-02-03: I've been getting a lot of inquiries about getting SWOTL-CD to run under Win95 ... I have found a HowTo file by Doug Crowe and converted it to HTML ... click here. Remember, this is only for the CD-ROM version of SWOTL ... the disk-based versions work just fine if you have memory set correctly.

I also recommend that you visit The SWOTL Web Site Home Page, which has beaucoup add-ons, missions, SWOTL CD-ROM FAQ, etc.

1998-03-26: OK, you can purchase SWOTL again!! $19.95 from the Lucas Arts vaults ... look for Air Combat Clasics in The LucasArts Company Store. So please, NO MORE REQUESTS FOR THE CODES! :-)
