Hmmm ... I should put one of those Adult Warning thingies on this page. :-)
The front row contains four 90mm figures. On the left is my Green Wizard ... he has teeth and fingernails. Next to him is Tanya, a figure given to me as a birthday present ... I spent three months deciding what color to paint her leather ... I routed the wooden base to counter-sink the figure's base, and painted a "slate" floor for her to stand on.
The two figures on the right are the same scale, but they are elves (halflings), so they are "correct". They are Leetah and Cutter, the two principal characters of the ElfQuest comix, which I collected from the beginning, but gave up on when I got laid off and they had Just Too Many spin-off titles.
I don't remember the scale of the two semi-nude figures behind them on the right, but I do remember being rather proud of them when I finished painting them ... I've always had a thing for red-heads ... she's nibbling from a double-bunch of grapes - one green and one purple. The nymph playing the pipes has a garland and loin-cover of colorful flowers ... they took forever.
Behind everything is the female chimp scientist from the Planet of the Apes
movies (I forget her name) that was a plastic kit from the 1970s. I made it for my
mother (hence the purple robes) and am especially proud of the job I did on the
chair (which is obscured in this photo). Unfortunately, it was broken in an accident
and I have never had the heart to try to match the air-brushed purple.
