This is Annie Carter Williams, mother of Pattie Carter. She was one of the sisters of my great-grandmother, Florence Thompson, making Pattie the first cousin of my paternal grandmother, Donna (Viola Carter Harrod).

It was taken sometime before Pattie was born, I would estimate around 1900.
