This is Maurice W. Carter, one of my Carter cousins. His father (Uncle William) was the brother of my father's mother (Donna). He was one of Uncle William and Aunt Lillian's six children. His grandmother was Florence Ella Carter Thompson, my great-grandmother.

He still lives in Wasington, DC, with his wife, Irene, who is seated on the left. This picture was taken on the 4th of July, in the same room as the one on his brother Vondell's HomePage.
