Your site http://www.thestormshelter.net/islaminfo.html has two Serious
Problems:

1. It is hard to read.
2. It is even harder to print.

Using an all-black background may be "kewl", but from an ergonomics
standpoint, it Really Reeks ... maybe you just don't want your message
to reach people who don't have a computer?

Blue text on a black background is very hard on the eyes, especially for
the visually impaired.

But even worse is when you try to print a copy of your site to give to
someone who cannot view it on-line ... besides wasting a lot of ink in a
color printer, the blue text is even harder to read when printed ...
using a black&white Xerox printer only makes it worse.

And if you disable printing the background, THE TEXT IN WHITE DISAPPEARS
COMPLETELY! Do you even try test printing your pages?

Well, enough constructive criticism ...
