Maguire's Perpetual Campsite

This is a page I made to hold photos of my Friend and WaterBrother, Forest Maguire, who introduced himself to everyone as Mac. I met him in September or 1968, my freshman year at R.I.T., a few months before he met Diane, the mother of his children. I was godfather to his first-born son, Howard Joseph (who will always be known to me as HoJo), and he was Best Man at my wedding to Beth, my first wife.

2005-005-26: Mac expired at 21:10 Mountain Daylight Time on Wednesday, 2005-05-25 ... His son Howard was at his side. May he rest in peace among the honored dead on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge (or, as with the Klingon Warriors, across the River of Blood.)

2005-6-12: Please see Mac's Funeral ... this was forwarded to me by Mac's cousin, Eileen Jacobs ... it's a summary of Mac's funeral by Teak, one of the attendees ... I did a quick convert to HTML and posted it on Mac's site, rather than just forward the MS-Word document.

2005-7-25: Someone complained that I had not done any updates to this site in a while ... my pictures from the funeral at located on Road Trip '05, a site on my personal domain ... some of them still lack captions, and I still have beau coup documents to scan and do the OCR thing with so I can make HTML pages.
